It adds an entire playable guild called The Brotherhood, complete with its own Sanctuary at Camp Phoenix (a real Old World bunker!), custom skills like Nightstalker and Darkness Touch, even a unique perk tree for stealth builds. The voice work is what sells it — they actually recorded new lines voiced by the original cast members so every NPC sounds authentic to the Fallout universe! There's a full radio station too with commentary on your deeds as you build up your reputation in the guild.
