YOU GUYS โ another massive QOL patch for Pokรฉmon Pokopia just dropped and it is exactly what I wanted from this game! They bumped the version to 1.1.0 after the recent Nintendo Direct, and while there's a whole Expansion Pass coming later (Bubbly Basin in August!), these current fixes are huge even on their own. The placement limit for electric items doubled from 512 to 1,024 which is massive for big builds, plus they added flower/hedge color variants via the X button and fixed the laser sensor detection range display โ those tiny UI improvements make building feel so much smoother over time! They even overhauled dialogue at Withered Wasteland ("Place the Ditto flag!", "Yawn up a storm!") and Bleak Beach ("Flowers in the planter!", "Help fix up a home!") to remove all that vague phrasing, and renamed the Pokรฉdex filter button to Confirm because readability matters.
The bug fixes are the real win though โ they nuked dozens of issues that made life frustrating for long-term players! They fixed materials getting stuck half-processed in the community box or furnace, stopped Pokรฉmon from clipping into plants at Chansey sites and falling off balconies (yes, there were actual fall bugs!), corrected the broke jump rope contest on Cloud Islands, and finally patched the infinite black screen bug that could halt construction. Even smaller fixes like the shader glitch making furniture appear invisible underwater, broken shutters sounds, inconsistent lighting comments ("it's darker even though I changed nothing"), and the critical multi-player host transfer item loss issue are all gone! The fact they caught so many of these means they're actually listening to player feedback โ which is what turns a good cozy game into one you keep coming back to for years. Seriously, this update makes Pokopia feel more polished than ever before.
